At Mother Nature Made Organic Skin Care, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Booking Policy

It's imperative to book all desired services at the time of booking. In order for the time needed for your treatments, to be accounted for.

Deposits are required to secure your appointment.

This fee is non-refundable. Deposits go towards full cost of service.

A valid payment method has to be on file during the time booking.

Appointments have to be canceled 24 hours before your appointment.

If appointment is cancelled after the 24-hour window you will be charged $25.

No show fee $25/nonrefundable deposit.

There is a 15-minute grace period, anything over 15 minutes will be penalized as a late rescheduled appointment if interfering with another appointment time. (deposit will not be refunded or transferred)

There is $25 fee charged for late cancellations and last-minute rescheduling.

There are no exceptions to the booking policy.
Shipping,Delivery,and In Store pick up Policy
How We Do It
Shipping is $7 (us only). Shipping is 5-7 Business days. Once order is fulfilled a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you.
Delivery is $8 . Deliver is Monday through Saturday. Delivery starts at 5 pm. Delivery address must be within 5 mile radius from in store pick up address.

In store Pick Up is Free. Monday through Saturday. Please allow 1 day processing. Please don not pick up your order until order pick confirmation has been sent.
Our Return Policy
How It Works
We do not accept returns or exchanges. How ever if we made a mistake with your order (wrong size or product) we will correct your order immediately and send the right order at no additional cost.
